I have used this eye cream off and on through the years, and have always loved it ability to hydrate and reduce fine lines around my eyes. BUT the jar I just received is a completely different color – the creme is tan inside the jar instead of white – and I’m afraid there is something wrong with it. I won’t buy this on Amazon again. I have used it for the last few days and there are no bad skin reactions happening, but I’m sure it is not quite right. I’ll go back to buying this directly from Kiehl’s on their website. I took away 2 stars due to this issue.

I say this without shame and with more than a trace of vanity, thie Kiehl product really works to reduce wrinkles for a 24 hr. period without irritation or discoloring of the skin. The only wrinkle reduction product I use or trust. HOWEVER, avoid accessing this product from the Kiehl phone/online site–horrible sites: uninformed, confused and rude ‘call agents’ who, because they couldn’t ‘locate’ the product on their site, insisted it didn’t exist, and that I was being uninformed and difficult. I insisted it did because I was staring at it online. They became abusive and indicated they would report me, and this after nearly an hour! I went to the Amazon site, found the product, ordered it, and all within one minute!!!!!

I generally do not have sensitive skin so never gave it a second thought when I changed my moisturizer. Boy do I regret it now. It’s day three of use and my face is covered with burning red dots. It’s even on my eyelids where I still had it on my fingers when applying eye cream. After some research I figured out that it is apparently a quite common reactions to Kiehls products. I will not be using any of their range again.

This cream is the best in every aspect, keeps your face hydrated, smooth and facial lines looking soft, this is the only cream I ever used, and I’ve been using it for years! I’m 62 years old and they say I look young, no wrinkles see pic, it’s all in the cream 🙂
